About these terms

These terms cover your use of codebled.com, run by Codebled Technologies Private Limited, Coimbatore, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What this site is

The site describes our work and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a promise of services. We only take on work under a separate written agreement that we both sign, and that agreement wins if it conflicts with anything here.

Using the site

Use it lawfully. Please do not try to break or overload it, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use it to send us spam or malicious content.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@codebled.com so we can fix it.

Our content

The text, design, code, images and the codebled name and logo are ours or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the pages, and quote short extracts with credit and a link. You may not copy or reuse them otherwise without our written permission.

Product names and marks such as OwnVouch and Plair belong to their owners. Screens shown in case studies may use demonstration data, not real customer data.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site correct and current, but it is provided as is. Case studies summarise work at a point in time and may be simplified. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Links and embedded services

The site links to other websites and embeds a third-party booking form. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Codebled Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any loss that comes from using, or being unable to use, this website, or from relying on what it says. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them.
