We find the problems nobody is building for. Then we build for them.
Most software chases the same ten markets. We look where the tools are missing: specific trades, specific workflows, specific places. We find the gap, build the product, and take it to the people who have been waiting for it.
Three steps. The first one is the part most studios skip.
How we found, built and launched two products of our own.
01Find
What people did before PlairOwnVouch
- Booking a turfmeant calling the ground.
- Filling a teammeant a WhatsApp group.
- Splitting the costmeant chasing everyone after the game.
- Proving a device is yoursmeant a receipt, which proves a purchase, not who holds it now.
- Buying one second-handmeant trusting a photo of a serial number.
- Passing one onleft no record of who had held it before.
So we built Plair: a gamified app for booking sports venues and game slots.
So we built OwnVouch: proof of who owns a device, not just who has it.

What we built: PlairOwnVouch

We also build for clients: you bring the idea, we take it to production. AI agent systems →E-commerce at scale →
Find
We spend time inside a trade or a community and write down what people do by hand, in spreadsheets, or not at all. If nobody has built for it and enough people need it, that is the brief.
Build
A small team ships a working product in weeks, not quarters. Web, mobile, AI agents, the infrastructure under them. Built to run at scale from the first release.
Launch
We take it to the people it was built for, watch how they use it, and keep shipping. Sometimes as a client's product, sometimes as our own.
Everything between the idea and the people using it.
Market discovery
Field research, interviews, and a written case for whether the market is real.
Product design
Flows and interfaces for people who have never used software for this job.
Custom software
Systems built for one workflow, not adapted from a generic one.
Web and mobile apps
Consumer and operator apps for iOS, Android and the browser.
AI and automation
Agent systems with guardrails, retrieval, vision and voice, in production.
Cloud and infrastructure
The platform underneath: built to handle thousands of users a minute.
OwnVouch
A device registry that records who holds a device and how it changed hands — signed by both sides.

Plair
A gamified sports tracker and social game planner with venue booking built in. Players plan a game, book the court and keep score of the season.

Large-scale agent platforms: MCP tooling, guardrails, RAG and multimodal RAG, camera vision, voice agents. Architected for production, not demos.

A storefront serving thousands of customers every minute and processing billions of records a year.
Read the caseA small team in Coimbatore that builds what the big markets overlook.
codebled was founded in Coimbatore by engineers who kept meeting the same thing: capable people running real businesses on paper, WhatsApp and memory, because no one had written software for their trade. We decided that was the work.
We build two ways. Products of our own, like OwnVouch and Plair, where we found the gap and filled it. And products for clients who have found a gap of their own and need a team that can take it from an idea to something thousands of people use every minute.
Plain
We say what will work and what will not, before you pay for it.
Small
Senior people on every build. No hand-offs to a bench.
In it
We ship our own products, so we carry the same risk you do.
Have a market in mind? Or want us to find one?
Thirty minutes. Bring the problem; we will tell you plainly whether it is worth building.
